Price Match Policy
We will endeavour to match any UK price, including VAT and equivalent delivery service and stock availability. We want to offer you the best possible customer service both during and after your purchase. Once you have completed your purchase contact us to request a price match. We will refund the price match difference back on to your credit card - it's a simple a quick process!
Our criteria for price matching is as follows:
The price match company is a UK registered business and not based overseas
The delivery method used is similar ours or an equivalent alternative
This price includes postage and VAT, no hidden charges.
The site is NOT an AUCTION: We do NOT match auction sites prices, not even BUY NOW or similar

Redeeming a Coupon
If you have a Fitsense coupon you can enter this in a special coupon field on the checkout page. When you then click submit, the coupon will be redeemed against your order
How do I know you have received my order?
You will receive confirmation via email once your order has been placed through our website. It will detail your order quantity, item(s) description, the total cost of your purchase as well as your order number. You will also receive a second email confirming that your order has been despatched.
If you use AOL or Hotmail please check your spam folder as our e-mails are sometimes picked up and put in here. AOL have particularly strict spam policies that pick up genuine e-mails.
Reviewing/Modifying your order
If you need to make an amendment to your order with us, please email or call us and we shall make the necessary changes. Please use our enquiry form - note: You must include your name, postal address and order number.
How do I cancel my order?
You can click "Remove Item" at any time to clear an item from your shopping basket. Should you change your mind after completing the checkout process, simply contact Customer Services and we shall cancel your order if it has not already been despatched.
