Marathon training for London

Well, I’m back on the training plan.  Having taken an enforced break over Christmas having hurt my back I am back on the plan.  I’m up to 10 milers now.

There isn’t that long to go so I really need to stick to it.  Will keep you posted.  Let me know how you are getting on with your training.
