I am so pleased. Considering I have only just got back into the training after every cold known to man I managed to do 1.39 in the Shell Four Villages Half Marathon today. With London only 13 weeks away this was a great confidence boost. The best I have ever done is 1.42 in the first half of the Anglesey Marathon.
I’ve got a great 14 week plan from Full Potential (www.fullpotential.co.uk) which I am following for London as I as hoping to get a 3.30.
Onwards and upwards….
