Sore Legs today Back from the London Marathon today. It was amazing, such great support all the way around the course. It started a bit wet and cold but it was actually a good thing. The first half of the marathon went really well, felt great. Then at 17 miles got cramp in my hamstring but thanks to a lovely physio was back on my way in a minute or two. I had not done enough training for this marathon. When I did New York, I was really prepared and finished in 3.38. I did about half as much training this time ...
