  I've just received the Race Pro 12 from Inov-8 today. I'm going to try it out on a long run on Sunday and see what it's like. A friend has one and loves it and I thought the range might be a good edition on the site. The Race Pro 12 is an elite lightweight hydration pack. The large stretch mesh pocket on the rear is multi-accessible for storage large enough to hold a helmet.   Silverstone is looming

  I'm trying to get out 2 or 3 times in the week at the moment doing between 4 and 8 miles depending on how much time I've got which is a tough.  I went out on Sunday aiming to do 10 miles and ended up doing 12.7 in about an hour 45 which wasn't too bad.  If I can average 8 minute miles I'll be happy.  Silverstone is on the 9th March so not long to go.  I went out today and did a quick 4 miles so I'll go in the gym tomorrow then a longer run on Thursday.  ...
