Buying at Fitsense
When you decide to buy something on our site, simply click on 'Add to My Cart'. While you continue shopping you can click on the 'Shopping Basket' icon at any time to view the contents of your shopping basket. If you have specific request or require further information on any of our products, you can click 'Questions' on any product page. We shall aim to respond to all email enquiries within 24 hours maximum.
 
Delivery
Delivery time for products can be found on the specific product detail page below the item price.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class (1-2 day delivery) or Royal Mail Next-Day Special Delivery (for orders over £90)

Items will be able to be tracked and must be signed for upon receival. If you would like us to include any special instructions for delivery, please include this when you checkout.

You will receive email notification as soon as your order is posted. We shall contact you immediately if for any reason the item ordered will take slightly longer for dispatch.

Redeeming a Coupon

How do I know you have received my order?
You will receive confirmation via email once your order has been placed through our website. It will detail your order quantity, item(s) description, the total cost of your purchase as well as your customer number. You will also receive a second email confirming that your order has been despatched.

How do I cancel my order?
