Price Match Policy

Our price match policy is simple! We will match any like for like UK price*, including VAT and equivalent delivery service and stock availability. If our competitor site meets the criteria below, once you have completed your purchase simply e-mail us within 24 hours with the following information:

Information required:

• The product name and model number if applicable

• The URL of our competitor site

• The full inclusive price on the competitor site inc. VAT & delivery

• Your fitsense order number (Found on your receipt)

• A contact number in case we are unable to price match

• Your name

If you provide all the information above and the competitor site meets all of the criteria below we will refund the price match difference back on to your credit card / account - it's a simple a quick process!

Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of your purchase. We will not provide a refund after this time has elapsed.

Price Match Criteria

• Our competitor is a UK registered business based in the UK.

• The product is not a grey import.

• The delivery service they use is similar or equivalent to ours.

• This price includes postage and VAT, no hidden charges.

• The product is not in an auction or on an auction site even buy now or similar.

Important: *There may be times when we cannot price match a product that a competitor is selling at an unrealistically low price. In this event, you have the option to return your purchase according to our terms and conditions and we will make a full refund. We will not price match orders that result in a financial loss.
