How much is delivery?

All orders placed before 1.00pm are usually despatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to stock availability and security checks. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order.

UK

Orders under £40 - Small Items up to 1 Kg	£1.24 (ex. VAT)
Orders over £40 - Small Items up to 1 Kg*	£2.46 (ex. VAT)
Orders over £250 - Small Items up to 1 Kg	£4.12 (ex. VAT)
Orders over 1 Kg	FROM £4.12 (ex. VAT)
Orders with Large Items	FROM £4.12 (ex. VAT)

* Exceptions apply. Order value less than £250.

Europe

Up to 1 Kg	£12.99
Over 1 Kg	£19.99

Rest of the World

Up to 1 Kg	£16.99
Over 1 Kg	£24.99

How long will it take to receive my order?

Normal Delivery Times

UK Orders typically take between 1 and 3 days. Usually next day.
UK Special Delivery orders placed before 1pm will be delivered next working day.
Orders to European and Worldwide Destinations usually take between 2 and 7 days.
All UK & European deliveries are tracked and must be signed for upon receipt.

Christmas Ordering & Delivery

Last day for first class delivery is 20th December
Last day for Special Delivery is 21st December
Any orders placed after this date will still be processed and despatched as soon as possible but we cannot guarantee they will be in time for Christmas. Any orders that do not arrive before Christmas or that are placed during the Christmas holiday period will be despatched in the New Year when we return on 3rd January

You will receive email notification as soon as your order is despatched. We shall contact you immediately if for any reason the item ordered will take slightly longer for despatch.

Customer not present when delivery attempted

When a customer is not present to sign for them, they are returned to the local depot for collection or a redelivery can be arranged using the card left by the driver. Please contact us for your unique tracking number if this is the case. Please note if items are not collected from the depot within 7 days they are usually sent back to us and we will have to charge you for delivery to then redeliver the goods.

No goods will be left in sheds, garages, gardens or outhouses. If the parcel is returned to us, customers will be charged the prevailing rate for the parcel to be sent back to us and to be sent out again. Any non-collected consignments will also be charged for at the prevailing rate.

Do you accept International orders?

Yes, but delivery costs vary depending on your location.

Free Delivery

From time to time we may offer free delivery. This is only on the standard delivery, not special delivery. It also only applies to the UK - overseas orders will still need to pay delivery.
