Garmin Swim is easy to use straight out of the box – just tell it the size of the pool and start your workout. It has a sleek profile to help it to cut through the water, and avoid drag. The battery is user replaceable when needed, making life easier.

Focus On Your Training

Garmin Swim will enable you to forget about counting laps because it will do this for you. You will be able to focus on your technique instead. It automatically knows the stroke you are using and will detect when you change strokes. It tracks lengths, strokes, distance, pace and more. You can also log drills or start timed sets without constantly monitoring the pool clock. It even calculates your SWOLF score to help you measure your swimming efficiency, making it ideal for lap swimmers of all levels. There are 6 buttons and each function can be accessed quickly and easily.

Stay Motivated

The Garmin Swim looks great and can also be used and worn as an every day watch. However, it will also help you remember your personal goals to keep you motivated by displaying your weekly accumulated distance under the time of day. Standard watch features include dual time zones and alarm.

Analyze and Share Workouts

After your workout, the swim data recorded can be uploaded to Garmin Connect to allow you to analyse your swim. You can view detailed metrics and track your progress over time. This will also enable you to share your workout data with your coaches or whoever else you want to. Garmin Swim has the ANT+™ wireless technology and also comes with a USB stick which means your workout data will automatically transfer to your computer when in range or manually using the USB stick. Garmin Connect is Mac® and Windows® compatible.

Note - The Garmin Swim is designed for lap pools of 20m or more.
