Sci-MX's GRS-5 Protein System® is made from a blend of 5 different types of protein, namely whey protein isolate and concentrate, egg albumen, calcium caseinate and soy protein isolate. This variation of protein sources provides a wider spectrum of amino acids than if just one or two protein sources are used. Sci-MX GRS-5 Protein Powder System Recommended Use:

Add two heaped scoops to 300ml of cold water. Using a blender or hand held shaker, mix for 30 seconds. For maximum enjoyment and flavour, allow to settle for around 45 seconds after mixing. Have 2-3 servings daily. Servings may be halved.
