 Buying at Fitsense
When you decide to buy something on our site, simply click on 'Add to My Cart'. While you continue shopping you can click on the 'Shopping Basket' icon at any time to view the contents of your shopping basket. If you have specific request or require further information on any of our products, you can click 'Questions' on any product page. We shall aim to respond to all email enquiries within 24 hours maximum.
Price Match Policy
We will endevour to match any UK price, including VAT and equivalent delivery service and stock availability. We want to offer you the best possible customer service both during and after your purchase. Once you have completed your purchase there is a simple form to complete on the thank you page to request a price match. We will refund the price match difference back on to your credit card - it's a simple a quick process!
Our criteria for price matching is as follows:
- The price match company is a UK registered business and not based overseas
- The delivery method used is similar ours or an equivalent alternative
- This price includes postage and VAT, no hidden charges.
- The site is NOT an AUCTION: We do NOT match auction sites prices, not even BUY NOW or similar

Delivery
Delivery is charged at £2.99
Delivery is FREE on orders of over £50 - UK mainland only
Items are sent either by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery (for orders over £100) or a specialist courier service for heavier items (Fitness equipment and Supplements)
We also offer discounted carriage costs for delivery to offshore locations within the UK and variety of European destinations. These costs are based on weight and are highlighted during the checkout process. We will deliver to Countries outside of Europe by special arrangement only.
Items will be able to be tracked and must be signed for upon receival. If you would like us to include any special instructions for delivery, please include this when you checkout.
You will receive email notification as soon as your order is posted. We shall contact you immediately if for any reason the item ordered will take slightly longer for dispatch.

How do I know you have received my order?
You will receive confirmation via email once your order has been placed through our website. It will detail your order quantity, item(s) description, the total cost of your purchase as well as your customer number. You will also receive a second email confirming that your order has been dispatched. |

How do I cancel my order?
