How much is delivery? All orders placed before 1.00pm are usually despatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to stock availability and security checks. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order. UK Mainland: Up to 5 Kg £3.99 with some exceptions Spend over £49 and get FREE Delivery Rep of Ireland \| Scotland (Offshore) \| Isle of Man \| Channel Islands: Up to 0.5 Kg £7.99 Up to 1 Kg £9.99 Up to 5 Kg £14.99 Europe: Up to 1Kg £11.99 Up to 2Kg £16.99 Up to 5 Kg £21.99
How long will it take to receive my order? Normal Delivery Times UK Orders typically take between 1 and 3 days. Usually next day. Orders to European and Worldwide Destinations usually take between 2 and 7 days. All UK & European deliveries are tracked and must be signed for upon receipt. We cannot give any special instructions for deliveries. You will receive email notification as soon as your order is despatched. We shall contact you immediately if for any reason the item ordered will take slightly longer for despatch. Customer not present when delivery attempted When a customer is not present to sign for them, they are returned to the local depot for collection or a redelivery can be arranged using the card left by the driver. Please contact us for your unique tracking number if this is the case. Please note if items are not collected from the depot within 7 days they are usually sent back to us and we will have to charge you for delivery to then redeliver the goods. No goods will be left in sheds, garages, gardens or outhouses. If the parcel is returned to us, customers will be charged the prevailing rate for the parcel to be sent back to us and to be sent out again. Any non-collected consignments will also be charged for at the prevailing rate. Please note that by placing an order on our web site you agree to these delivery terms and conditions

Do you accept International orders? Yes, but delivery costs vary depending on your location. We do not generally ship outside Europe unless by arrangement.
