How much is delivery?

Delivery is charged at £2.99

Delivery is FREE on orders of over £75
- UK mainland only

Items are sent either by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery (for orders over £100) or a specialist courier service for heavier items (Fitness equipment and Supplements)

We also offer discounted carriage costs for delivery to offshore locations within the UK and variety of European destinations. These costs are based on weight and are highlighted during the checkout process. We will deliver to Countries outside of Europe by special arrangement only.

 
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders shipped via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery typically take between 1 and 3 days. Royal Mail Special Delivery takes 1 day. If an independent courier is used this takes 1 day.

Items will be able to be tracked via Royal Mail and must be signed for upon receival. If you would like us to include any special instructions for delivery, please include this when you checkout.

You will receive email notification as soon as your order is posted. We shall contact you immediately if for any reason the item ordered will take slightly longer for dispatch.

Customer not present when delivery attempted

For items sent by Royal Mail, when a customer is not present to sign for them, they are left in the local sorting office for collection. Please contact us for your unique tracking number if this is the case.

For larger items such as sports supplements, delivery is made via our courier company. When we deliver your items you will be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them. All deliveries will require signed proof of delivery. Goods can be left at the delivery address with someone other than the purchaser as long as a signature and printed name is signed by the receiver.  If the carrier is unable to deliver the goods they will be held by the carrier and a card left stating that a delivery was attempted giving details of where the goods are held or when redelivery will take place (This is dependent upon the carrier used at the time). No goods will be left in sheds, garages, gardens or outhouses.  Where a courier service is used for delivery of sports supplements or larger items, delivery will be attempted twice, if the customer is not present the first time. After this, if the parcel is returned to us, customers will be charged the prevailing rate for the parcel to be sent back to us and to be sent out again. Any non-collected consignments will also be charged for at the prevailing rate.

Do you accept International orders?
Yes, but delivery costs vary depending on your location. We do not generally ship outside Europe.
