The Royal Mail Strike action although potentially resolved has made a lot of Companies including us review our delivery options.¬† As a result in the first instance we are only using Royal Mail Tracked Services and as a result have had to introduce a small delivery charge on items up to 1Kg and under ¬£50 and items from 1Kg to 5Kg and under ¬£50. We will soon be moving entirely away from Royal Mail to use a Secure Courier Service used by Banks and the Passport Office.¬† This will enable us to provide an equivalent to Royal Mail Special Delivery for ...
