I’ve been so busy working on the website adding new products i haven’t had time to post for a while.¬† I am just trying to build up the miles now as Berlin is actually not that far away.¬† I’ve been trying to do a lot of core stablility work to ensure that I don’t get injured again.¬† The running is going ok but not at the level of mileage I would like to be at.
I’m probably doing 20-25 miles a week at the moment which I really need to start building up.¬† My core fitness is ok but in terms of endurance type stamina it’s just not there.¬† I’ve been doing two or three short runs around 4 miles as fast as possible then a longer run at the weekends but I’m only up to about eight miles at present.
Next weekend I’m out with the lads so that doesn’t help.¬† Will have to go for a run on Sunday and sweat it all out.
I’m going to start on a proper training plan soon, time is the issue for me at present.¬† I’ve so much to do on the website that there is not enough hours in the day.
