In my previous post i mentioned that i had picked up an injury, an inflamed cuboid bone.  So close to London this has really put my training plan on hold.  I tried to run on a treadmill yesterday as it felt better but it started to hurt a little bit after 2 miles so I stopped.
I went out on Saturday on my bike and did 30 miles.¬† Cycling doesn’t hurt.¬† I’ve also been going like a mad man on the cross trainer and doing a lot of core stability excercise to try and correct the over pronation that seems to have crept in as a result of a weak right leg.
Hopefully this will maintain some of the fitness and i can get back on track otherwise i’ll have to defer London until next year and concentrate on Berlin in September.
