Training starting to get back on track

I’ve had a bad couple of weeks with training. Busy weekends and a hectic working week have meant that I’ve only been able to do 3.5, 4, 6.5 and 7 mile runs and around 20 miles a week in total. My times have been ok but I’ve felt really tired. Late nights and early mornings are no good. It’s amazing how much stress and a lack of sleep affects performance.

Hopefully, now I am getting back on track and will try and get a longer run in this week.
